Daniel is a seasoned business expert with more than 30 years of experience in strategic management, family business, and SME development. Aiming to enhance his business acumen with a solid theoretical foundation, he completed his Ph.D. in Strategic Management in 2018. Notable projects that have benefited from his business expertise include USAID JAPRI, where he mentored various SMEs to improve their business performance, and Prudential’s business mentoring program, where he helped indigenous entrepreneurs in Papua to improve their capabilities. Daniel regularly contributes as a speaker and trainer for the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, as well as for the ASEAN program to support Indonesian SMEs growth. In addition, Daniel is an active member of the East Java CEO Association and frequently collaborates with various universities, businesses, and NGOs to share his extensive knowledge on sustainable business and SME development. As the Chief Executive Officer at QED Research Consulting, he provides strategic advice to the company, leveraging his vast experience to drive success.

William Soe is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of combined experience in both the private and international development sectors. He possesses technical expertise in areas such as climate change, renewable energy, agribusiness, global commodity markets, sustainable business, environment, and life sciences. Leveraging his experties along with his sharp critical thinking and hands-on experience, William is able to deliver critical insights and solutions that are specifically catered to the needs of the projects that he handles. His extensive experience includes managing the design, delivery, and analysis of national-scale surveys for prominent clients, as well as providing capacity building, consultation, and services for NGOs in areas such as business, renewable energy, climate change, data analytics, monitoring and evaluation, market system development, and environmental sustainability. William currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at QED Research Consulting, where he leads project implementations, ensures the quality of deliverables, and provides analysis, critical insights, training, and strategic solutions for consultancies and services across Indonesia.

Bodhiya Wijaya Mulya has 15 years of experience in research and monitoring-evaluation across diverse sectors, including international development, business marketing, and strategic management. With a strong educational background in market research and extensive expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, Bodhiya excels in managing a wide range of research projects using various methods, techniques, and tools. His professional experience extends beyond Indonesia to countries in Southeast and South Asia, Australia, Africa, and Latin Americas. In addition, he has successfully diversified the company’s portfolio to handle projects from various donors, namely DFAT, GIZ, EU, SIDA, and SECO. As the Chief Operating Officer at QED Research Consulting, Bodhiya oversees day-to-day business operations and project implementations. In addition to his research and project management work, Bodhiya regularly provides capacity building for universities, businesses, NGOs, government bodies, and other organizations. His training sessions cover topics such as monitoring-evaluation, data analytics, digital tools for data collection and analysis, and market research.

Kevin Indiwan Sugiarto brings over 9 years of extensive experience in the private and international development sectors. Kevin holds a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science from Curtin University and through Australian Award Scholarship, a Master degree in Economics from the Australian National University. Utilizing his educational background, he is an expert in economic analysis, econometrics, experimental design, statistics, quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation, data science, and machine learning. His fundamental understanding in mathematics and statistics enables him to handle more complex projects that benefit from advanced analytical techniques, while his proficiency in data science and machine learning gives him the ability to handle big data problems effectively and efficiently. As the Chief Data Officer at QED-Research Consulting, Kevin oversees projects across various sectors, elevating the quality of the deliverables with advance-level analytical technique. Additionally, his consultancy experience covers topics such as business intelligence, economics, people analytics, data science, market research, UX research, and Monitoring-Evaluation.

Desi Yoanita is an expert with over 15 years of experience in family science, parenting, GEDSI, women's economic empowerment, and child well-being. She holds a Master of Media and Communication from Airlangga University and a Bachelor of Arts from Petra Christian University. Desi co-founded the Edukasih Foundation, supporting education and community development for marginalized groups in Surabaya's urban poor areas. Desi has presented her research at international conferences and has shared her expertise on managing family business conflicts, stress management during COVID-19, and improving parent-teenager relationships. Her extensive experience and commitment to social inclusion make her a valuable asset to any project. As a Chief People Officer at QED-Research Consulting, she co-leads the team to ensure the gender, inclusivity, and cross-sectionality are always integrated with all of the assignments. She is instrumental in designing and implementing policies and programs that promote gender equality and social inclusion. Her work involves conducting comprehensive research to identify barriers faced by marginalized groups, developing training materials to educate stakeholders, and advocating for inclusive practices within various organizations. Desi collaborates with a wide range of partners, from local community groups to international bodies, to drive systemic change and ensure that gender, disability, and social inclusion considerations are central to all initiatives.
